Had some problems with my stomach that resulted in not being able to eat for days at a time, so I decided to ring the practice, ended up phoning a total of 51 times before 10am to try and get an appointment, the only time the phone rang, the receptionist hung up on me, I then finally managed to get in touch on the afternoon, when I was told there was no appointments, so I rang again the next day- again I was told no appointments (when they actually bothered to answer the phone) eventually I managed to get an emergency appointment at the local hospital, who then told me to phone the practise again in the morning, informing me that he would see that I get my appointment, so I rang the next day and funnily enough, I managed to get through, and they booked me in straight away with no problem!? I wish google had a 0* option...

Can never get an appointment even when you phone at 8 and someone eventually answers . When I have popped in surgery there is never anyone sat in there so where are the appointments going. As I was quite ill I rang at 4.45 to be told no appointments you will have to ring 111 at 6 o clock . I thought it was duty and care for our surgery to get an appointment before 6 . The big posters say your doctors practice can make 111 appointments for you

Consistently told there are no appointments or no GPs on site, this is if your lucky enough to get someone to answer the phone in the first place, after you ring at 8am as advised. My opinion of this surgery is that it is negligent and discriminatory, this is based on my own personal experience and that of people close to me. I would not recommend this surgery.
