Dr El-sherif for me is brilliant. He takes his time listens to you and dose not rush you. He is very thorough. You might have a little wait to see him but I always ask for him. Reception staff are also very good.
After Dr Boyd left the practice I was apprehensive about it’s future. All I can say is all the staff, reception and medical have been fantastic. A big thank you for all your help and care.
Can not praise this Surgery, in particular Dr El-Sherif enough for his kind and compassionate care given to me after discharge from hospital. Reception and admin staff were spot on. Furthermore he ensured that all the correct care and procedures were in place after I voiced my concerns regarding my care recieved from hospital. After previous encounters with the cold, callous and genuinely non caring GP previous to him, this Dr has restored the dignity and respect aspect all patients should receive.
Our new Dr has been a breathe of fresh air, I no longer feel worked up when I go to the Drs. Nothing is too much bother for him, he ensures your happy and confident with everything that is going on before you leave, he is an amazing kind knowledgable Dr who is very caring and we are lucky to have him as our family Dr : x
I transferred to this surgery after a problem with my toe. Dr Shariff took one look at it and made arrangements to have me admitted to hospital immediately. Since then I have found that Dr Shariff takes your health personally and makes calls after hours to ensure his patients are receiving the best medicine and health care available. I would 100% recommend Dr Shariff and his team for anyone needing 5 star health care and medical advice.
Impossible to get an appointment these days, can't get through by phone and the online service no longer works. Appreciate there is high demand at the moment but the final straw was finally getting through to an extremely rude and abrupt receptionist who seemed shocked that I had expected an appointment to be available after 9am.
Dr el sherif takes the time with his patients so for once it finally feels like you're being heard. He has made a huge difference to the surgery
New Doctor, friendly and informative. Actually takes the time to talk you through test results and diagnosis instead of making you feel as thought you're wasting their time.
Met our new Doctor and it is so reassuring to have services offered face to face again. Thanks to all the team at Ravenscar
Unable to give 0 stars unfortunately, very rude and curt reception staff, sarcastic comments made without reason and very aggressive tones used, 4 days I have attempted to just speak to a doctor without success but enough attitude from the reception staff to prompt me to leave and find another surgery.
