DONT ORDER your fit to fly or pcr tests from here the service is awful they hardly answer the phone. Also my fit to fly was never received by the lab so my flight was cancelled. I had to then chase them for a refund.

I always get a friendly and helpful service, especially from the lady at the front counter when I collect my prescription. Also very knowledgeable regarding general over the counter medicines.

These are good nice friendly staff help where they can but some of the knowledge is lacking in certain area helpful yes I getting my drugs transfer to them not there fault wished they sold more stuff very limited chemist for a co op

Great staff Amey the pharmacist is always happy to give you any advice about your medication and any other products. All the staff are all friendly I have never had any problems with the way this pharmacy is run. It no longer co-op pharmacy the New name is Wells Chemist.

Never answer the phone or taken of Hook.

I wouldn't use this place if I were you. I am going to start using a different one. They ignore orders and refuse to pick up the phone. Blame problems on technology rather than taking responsibility. The place is no good. Utter rubbish.

Good customer service,  helpful, polite, mostly I get thing in 5 minutes.  From: sehmi driving school.

Do not use as a Hermes parcel shop. My parcel has been there for 14 days and the staff keep forgetting to pass the parcel to the driver, misplaced the parcel and now it’s been that long that Hermes can’t collect it. I’ve rang them every day and they’re beyond a joke. Do not use!

Friendly staff, helpful when it came to queries and always have in what I need.
