I don’t think this pharmacy no how to answer a phone me and my partner have called multiple times every day for the past week about a prescription, that was due nearly two weeks ago. Multiple problems with this pharmacy not answering phone calls every time I go the prescription isn’t there or hasn’t been sent over yet. Training is needed for these staff members lady on the desk customer service skills are shocking the way she speaks to you isn’t appropriate.
My brother took his prescriptions in on thurs told to collect the next day, went back yesterday there was a sign up saying not open until 3pm. I went at 4.45 told to return in 20 minutes, went back to be told unable to fill the one prescription and handed it me back with a bag which i presumed was his other prescription twice i had told the gentleman he had 2. I tried unsuccessfully to be able to get his other items last night but took him his bag with the items i had been given. Today i find out that the bag contained 2 of the items off the prescription i had been given back as unfilled, and none of his other items. Been ringing now for over an hour nobody answering.
Sorry for leaving this review but please just answer the phone and stop taking it off the hook or putting it on silent, can never ever get through, have to ring Sainsburys to get one of them to go round with the cordless phone just to speak to them. This used to be the best pharmacy I’d ever used now it’s the opposite. Bring Craig back!!!
I've had regular problems with this pharmacy regarding my prescriptions - I've called in and requested for it to be sent to my doctor with adequate timing before my medication runs out, for me to turn up and they haven't got any record of it being submitted - other family members have had the same issue - so for this - there is a desperate need for improvement as people rely on their medication. However today I visited and spoke to a female pharmacist and she was so helpful and discreet with the matter I needed to discuss with her. Very pleased. Visited before 16.00 today.
Gone totally down hill, not fit for purpose. Prescription sent on Monday. By thursday still not done. 4 items out of 19 available. No Insulin. Disgracefull!
Everytime I go to collect medicines always waiting to be signed off... When you order them 7 days before you go to collect far too slow... Only reason I come here is cause there open till 8pm
If I could rate this 0 stars I would …. Ordered prescription, got a notification to say it’s at the pharmacy, left it 5 days because I know they’re busy only to call to ask to collect it today & be told by the pharmacist “no I’ve not done it & I’m not doing it today cus I’ve got no dispenser” to which I replied “but she’s going to run out over the weekend & I gave notice before coming for it” & he said “I dunno what to tell you, it’s not getting done today so If you come for it I’m not doing it” I understand it must be frustrating to be working with no dispenser, but surely they have a duty of care to ensure they fulfill that prescription when it’s due! He didn’t even offer to return it to the spine or give me the most important medications until he had more staff to help ‍‍‍ Disgusting service!
This organisation and operation is unacceptable. After giving an extra day's grace on when a prescription should have been ready I was asked to wait a further 30 minutes. Annoying enough but pretty common. At 45 minutes it was going to be another couple of minutes. At the hour I finally had my medication and feel utterly dreadful. Keeping disabled customers hanging around like that is not good enough. If you can't provide a service on time which you clearly can't at least advise customers on a suitable time to return so they need not suffer more than needed. Do better
Blamed doctors for not sending prescription. After further investigation it was realised the prescription wasn't even ordered. Result left with no medication and they apologized. Not good enough
I am having real issues with this particular branch of pharmacy. I have all my prescriptions sent electronically to this branch. however i am becoming more and more frustrated with the waiting time to receive the medication. For a long time i always wait a good 24hrs or more to pick up my prescription as from experience waiting in long queues up to 20 mins to get to the till to be told it will be a 30 min wait etc,. so i now purposely request my medication well ahead. However by doing this the last 3 visits there has been an issue - the last occasion i was told taking on board my prescription was at the pharmacy a week previous! was lost i still had to wait the usual 20 mins. Today yet again, a prescription was sent to them yesterday so slightly shorter notice to pick up i went today. I was asked when it was sent in etc, i was told it was not ready but it be about another 20 mins taking on board i have a 1/2 lunch break - i questioned why does it take so long if the prescription was previous day that it is not done i was told by the assistant that they work day behind hello, my prescription was previous day and they deal with thousands etc etc, and have a back log. I said well i have to wait ....... then to be told that one of the items new one they dont have in stock but i could try elsewhere ? what is the point of accessibility from a pharmacy that you choose online to be told to go elsewhere ....... anyway to cut long story short they are ordering for tomorrow but i will have to call up first to check and that in future to call up when items are ready ??? im really in disbelief i wouldnt mind if it is a 'one off' i understand backlogs etc,. however its every prescription i have which i given plenty of time for .......... they should have a system to notify you there is a delay or item not in stock to prevent special journey's being made and wasted time - this happened to 3 other people whilst i was waiting in the 20 min queue.... not good customer journey!
