Pharmacist suggested medication for sore throat but didn’t ask any questions which I thought was odd. When I got home I read the instructions slip inside and it said not to use if allergic to NSAID type of medicine. I returned it the next day and the and the pharmacist started arguing that it’s was ok for me to use and would not refund. I asked them to dispose of it and walked out. I won’t be using this place any more for fear of ending up at A&E at best.
Staff never answer phone if it is not engaged my husband took in prescription for my father in law not ready until after he had passed away. Collected my own prescription which has wrong amount of tablets dispensed 28 instead of 56 Staff rude ignore customers whilst they chat and giggle amongst themselves
Friendly staff but completely defunct system. Poor communication between the Drs and the pharmacy, understocked, didn't provide 'return' slips when they didn't have all of medication, forget to order items repeatedly, don't answer the phone. Took 4 days to get 1 item after spending 2 hours on the phone and 3 trips to the pharmacy.
Nothing but an absolute bunch of liar's, every time you go for prescription they tell you it's on order. You go back and just continue with the lies .
They are nice in store, but they have messages everywhere about calling ahead for prescriptions. That would be fair if their phone wasn't basically off the hook. They can be passive aggressive about it when you try and ask what time is best to call to avoid the busy tone.
Lovely lovely staff, but you can never EVER get through on phone to pre order prescriptions to save waiting, as recommended by them with all their signage!!!...no one answers phone or it is taken off hook. You need to employ someone to be an admin person, to answer calls and emails aswell as manage the queue, I realise this is costly but you need to get on top of the situation. People who do manage to reorder still have to wait in queue which defeats object of calling in....
This pharmacy has now decided that all patients with electronic prescriptions must now wait for their medication at the time of collection. This is due to the number of patients that order their medication on line and can't be bothered to collect their items. This has got to be a huge financial strain on not only this pharmacy, others across the UK and the NHS It's very similar to booking an appointment with a GP and not turning up. Then the NHS gets criticised !!!
My husband and I have lived in the area for over 10 years and registered with the Black Country Family Practice, so all our medication has been dealt with by Murray’s, Sedgley Road. During this time we have received excellent service and treatment from all staff. We’ve had some laughs and comforting chats. So it is with some sadness that we now leave the area for pastures new. I only hope that our new dispensing chemist is half as good as you! Thank you ALL so much for everything. Bless you.
With these difficult times the staff do a wonderful job. The 1 lady there is always cheerful and greets everyone with a big smile. Ive never had any problems with the service. I feel I need to update, like others have mentioned the service has slid alot noboby answers the phone ,apparently staff have left ,im sorry but its now a joke trying to get repeat prescriptions SOMETHING NEEDS DOING URGENT
I would give it zero stars if I could... Everytime I get my repeat prescriptions it's a lottery as to what I will get.. Staff are a total waste of space. Save yourself a headache and time by using a better pharmacy
