A very long wait of an hour for prescriptions currently. I also visited for pain relief, waited for 15 minutes at the counter for someone to serve me, tried calling to them a few times but absolutely nothing. It would be usefull if there was some sort of acknowledgement that they know you're there, or that it's going to take a long long time just to get over the counter medication. I just left in the end and won't go there again.

Shocking service from this place. Came to collect a few subscriptions 8pm on 14th july for an un well parent to be told they are behind with orders  and i wont get them until friday i said tommorow? he said oh no i mean should be saturday. I asked why he said because they are behind and waiting  on delivery ordered 10th  im guessing he did not order it on 10th When i said its not good enough my mother needs some of this urgently to start taking friday as she runs out  he said  he  can give the me prescriptions if i want to try somehere else ! Really its 8pm. I said i think we should have another aswell and he said oh yes i not processed that one yet, i asked when that came and he said it came on 12th and will order it now. After i said as one of them was anti biotics and urgent he said i can make that up now if wanted?. Then proceded to tell me i should have came in on 12th  my fault and they would have made it up. At some point during the conversation a ladys voice from behind the wall  said "we are doing our best you know" which is no comfort to my mother who needs meditation. Poor service and not great atitude at all. I have at least given 1 star as i did finally get the urgent part of the order

I rang this pharmacy 11 times in a row, just to ensure they had my item in stock and so they could prepare it.. not 1 call was answered. Due to their incompetence i decided to go to the store and ring them incase the lack of customer service was excusable, I stood at the front desk and called the phone 4 times and watched the pharmacists walk around completely ignoring the phone. I wish I could record and upload it for proof. After ordering my item I was told tk come back in 25 minutes… ridiculous

Would rate zero stars if I could! Worst pharmacy around. Rude unhelpful staff who clearly don't care. Dispensing times completely unacceptable. Do not use!

The slowest pharmacy I have ever used. I have no idea why EVERYTHING they do takes so long. I've never known anything like it. The staff are surly and have zero customer service skills. They treat customers with utter contempt

Often they can not take back old medicines as they do not have a medicine bin, or it happen to be full. The website however suggest that they relay care about the correct disposal of medicine. I guess it is cheaper to have a nice website than to actually dispose of medicine.

I won't bore you with why my experience here was dismal, it mirrors everyone else's one star review. What I will say is that at time of writing LloydsPhamacy has a review of 1.9 stars out of 5, a figure I believe would be even lower if a zero star option was offered. That equates to 62% of customers feeling dissatisfied. If you are LloydsPharmacy management and you are reading this, you should be ashamed. You need to take action right now! Medication is a vital component for your customers, and clearly your customers, myself included, feel that they are being treated with contempt and negligence.

Worst Pharmacy ever. If you want to wait 45 mins for your prescription then come here! Even when it’s been digitally sent over the day before it’s still the same wait and often not even been downloaded. They just say the computers are crashed or they have a new system every time you go in.

I had my flu jab here. Prompt and good service.

Went for my flu jab today. The lady Umeh  was very helpful and very polite. Made me feel comfortable and at ease before and while giving me the flu jab. Thank you
