Wow. What a placed. Faced off and looking absolutely stunning. Everyone in there is so friendly and helpful. Dillon and Stephen are just absolute babes. Always looking out for customers with a smile. Will certainly be back! :

Some of the staff have a lot to be desired - especially the young male staff who presumably are from a housing estate as there is more decorum from bar staff in a social club on the Shankill. These type of people don’t fit in with the area that employs them.  I witnessed a young male sales assistant shout at an elderly woman because she didn’t call for assistance while waiting at the till. It was so out of proportion I thought he might be under the influence. Really, though, the problem is with whoever interviewed this lot and gave them their jobs. Centra round the corner is far more sophisticated

Love the store! I generally find stuff very friendly and helpful with Hermes parcels collection and overall enquiries etc thank you  very much you all doing a brilliant job. Also good range of products sold

Never any staff on the tills people standing around waiting disappointing

They need to do something about Jakki - very two faced woman! I have seen her sighing at customers and walking about with a face of thunder, she has given me bad attitude before, then the next time she sees you she'll be all nice again like nothing ever happened. People like that should not be working in retail.

Never been so embarrassed in a shop in my life, had the member of staff behind the till tell me that the person in my driving licence was not me, although the photo very clearly shows it is me in the licence, the manager then came over and implied now that the licence was fake all together and would not ask me any of the details on the I'd as "she had a fake I'd memorised" when she was younger, bare in mind this is an official UK driving licence which I would be happy to send a copy of to management, the photo on it less than 3 years old, don't know what gives the staff the right to accuse customers of faking identification with no evidence what so ever, I would have thought that some reason would be required before making an accusation at somebody inforont of the other customers

I have have had enough of the way some staff get on in this store they just need to listen to what a person want and do it what so hard about that

Great local shop where you can find 95% of a weekly shop.
