As Asda shopping goes, nothing really to revue other than the poor customer service i had. I had purchased a large case of beers and two bags of ice and upon asking for a large Asda bag i was informed that they didn't have any but they could be clearly seen under the counter. When a second assistant chipped in with the same comment i just gave in and had to struggle with my purchase back to the car. Wont be shopping there again.
Went to buy some bits it was 9.20 amnwe were visting areanGot to the frunt of store and all of plants and hanging baskets that were all roting and looked a mess they allnNeed takeing off!nThere where no small trollysnThe gorge depment was very messy every itum was on the floor it looked they no staff in the shop was very quiet.
Store is good and staff are friendly and have used it for years but no more. The reason for this being that Asda in their wisdom have gradualy phased out checkout lanes that have staff serving you to self service tills.nConstant queues and general chaos with the eldrly folk of the town struggling with this system. The staff staff seem to be jumpping about trying to keep it all going. Stick the tills back and put the cashiers back in place before all your loyal customers defect.
Shop here practically every day. Staff very pleasant and helpful at all times. A large pot of yogurt and some other shopping fell out of my carrier bag today and the yogurt went over the shopping at the self service. Torri one of the staff members told me to get a new pot of yogurt and whilst I was away she wiped clean my shopping and packed it all in the bag - that’s what I call service! Thank you again Torri.
