The hours of work just seem to be getting shorter and shorter, from 9-5 down to 10-3 and now 10-2. I don’t think Covid spreads at certain times of the day but what I would suggest is that the fewer hours you’re open, the less your customers can spread out their times of banking, so the more people you’ll have in the branch at once? ‍  If you’re wanting to neglect your customers and replace your staff with on street ‘robots’ that can’t always read cheques, you’re going the right way about it.

Bunch of Virtual Signalling Feminist idiots. A Female Customer asked me to give her a lift to this branch so she could pay me for work I was doing on a luxury Holiday Home she owned. When the Customer tried to withdraw the money at the counter the Staff repeatedly suggested loudly to each other and to me that I could be robbing the customer? At one point the main Cashier even suggested I should  give the Woman money off the Bill??? I swear I am not making this up! Why waste money or time on a Quantity Surveyor when you can let Santander do your bills for you.

Good experience dealing with a member of the Bangor branch. Hardly anytime spent waiting to get through and then had my query dealt with the very effectively and quickly. Great service in these difficult and strange times.
