Okay selection of goods. Almost all staff on the self checkouts are utterly clueless, leaving my girlfriend and I stood waiting to be verified at the tills for several minutes on multiple occasions, while they stand and chitchat between themselves, oblivious to the things they should actually be paying attention to. This happens on almost all visits and can be extremely frustrating.
Just want to give a special mention to Sian in Asda Bangor. I needed to exchange an item and hadn't kept my receipt but she went out of her way to find the item on her system so that I could get my money back. Over and beyond - thank you Sian.
I had a delivery and a third quarter of my delivery order not received and I am fuming I was and they keep offering me a refund but I don't want that
Not good, very confusing inside, display prices don't reflect actual prices, not somewhere I'd go again.
