I haven't been to the Clifton in many years and was pleasantly surprised to see they have (recently?) Had a refit and it looks lovely inside and out. Drinks seemed reasonably priced and with a good selection including local brews. Only grip was that it was a difficult to get a seat but is just due to the size of the pub. Would recommend a visit.

Love this place. It is a great and stylish little drinking hole. Not cheep. But great atmosphere. No food, except bar snacks. In summary: I always look forwards to going here.

Excellent pub. Good variety of drinks (except coffee!) Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Plus a cracking quiz on Wednesdays
