It is a classic British pub, just around the corner for locals, and for foreign people, this place is a picturesque bar with a neighborhood feel. I always try to order draft and dark beers... and I was not disappointed!
One of my favourite ever pubs. Great selection, amazing service, darts board, lots of little seating areas. Perfect.
Decent little pub tucked off the main streets. Had a good selection of ales and ciders in a relaxed and friendly environment...what's not to like
First NYE in the UK for 17 years, great atmosphere, terrific staff & friendly locals. You have to go a long way to beat a good English pub
One of Swindon's gems. A pub with real atmosphere, friendly staff and a good variety of drinks. There's lots of little touches that add character. Great live music. Bar games are also available.
Fantastic pub… great beer, great customers, great music, great culture, has regular artists' work displayed
Just a lovely unique pub, great for ale lovers
Popped in for a quick drink on the walk back up the hill home. Lots of friendly people, with a good choice of drinks. Even some board games and a dart board to enjoy.
Great old fashioned proper pub! Great atmosphere and excellent live music. Well kept beer and good service. Not many like this left.
Solid pub. Good beer and ciders on tap and the crowd is far from the diffident crowds of London. Poetry night is worth catching. Chess and darts is always handy too.
