I go out every month with my best mate. Worst place yet. The waitress with piercings was amazing, then she left and it went down hill from there. Food was OK. Pricing for what you get was shocking. I paid more than the price on the menu maybe VAT added after. I didn’t look at the bill and asked if I could tip the our waitress that wasn’t there. I was told no. Then looked at the bill after and I had paid the optional tip for he guy that brought the bill. There are so many places in Swindon that put this to shame. Won’t be going again. It’ll be a open and shut restaurant, let’s hasten the pase of the shut and avoid.

Great food, brilliant service. I normally go for lunch on the weekends and the food tastes amazing every time. Would highly recommend the frenchie burger

Coal's food is delicious and perfect, the penne pasta with pesto chicken tasted amazing and I highly recommend thier "coal mess" its strawberrilishous!

Terrible experience. Not a place for anyone who has any dietary restrictions. Piña colada came with double cream instead of coconut cream without even being informed. The 'veggie' fajitas I ordered were merely fajitas with the absence of chicken, no extra veggies were added. What got brought out was a plate of pitta chips topped with grilled onions and sweet peppers, like this is acceptable service?? When asked to speak to the manager I was greeted with a waitress that proceeded to talk over me and refused to hear what I had to say. Awful service to say the least.

Overall we enjoyed our meal here, good selection of food and the mocktails were lovely. On the down side id say a lack of attention to detail let's this restaurant down. Our chicken wing starter was undercooked and the garlic bread had no garlic on it! The decor was nice and the staff were very polite.
