Fantastic place to stay. Near enough to the city centre to allow walking. Clean and comfortable. Fantastic communication prior and post booking and the host was wonderful

Very friendly staff and it's always clean

Staff were lovely! Room was warm & clean. Breakfast was amazing!! Definitely recommend and will be back to stay again. Close to city centre.

Fabulous place to stay.  Family room was huge. Beds were comfy and room was warm and spotlessly clean. Owner was great and very helpful during check in. Breakfast was excellent. Short walk to restaurants and bars.  Will definitely stay here again.

Generally a really nice place, clean rooms, nice breakfast and good placement.

Very nice staff, helpful and friendly. Historic building. The beds in the quad room were just awful. Plenty of outlets for electronics. Shower was weak and either you hot or too cold. Convenient location too the Royal Mile.
