Brass Monkey Leith is doing takeaway click & collect burgers and 1 litre draught growlers of beer, craft beer and cider Thursday, Friday, Saturday 4pm - 8pm.
Look at this as a step in the evolution of The Brass Monkey, it's not a carbon, chain-like copy, but something with the same ideals. A good quality bar with a traditional feel and a modern twist.
Some things will remain the same:
- a film will be shown everyday (in somewhat different surroundings)
- a wide variety of people will be welcome
- the music will be varied
- the beer will be good
- the feel will be relaxed
Some things will not:
- the aim will be to offer somewhere in the region of 40 to 50 bottled beers and ciders
- likewise the spirit range shall be bigger
- there will be grub in the style of the Monkey Pizza
- and the place in general is a shed load bigger.
- oh, and it's a wee bit cheaper!
