Thank you Coffee Diem for looking after us so well today! It was 38°C outside, but Coffee Diem was lovely and cool. We spent a few hours there with our dog who was given lots of fuss, water and treats. We enjoyed smoothies, coffees, tea, cold drinks and cake. Excellent little café with the friendliest staff
I am new in the town and I am really pleased to find a such lovely place to have my daily coffee routine. The gentleman there was very helpful when I tried to put my buggy away. All the staff is friendly and kind. Coffee is amazing. I have a bad experience at another place in the town but when I am at Coffee Diem I feel comfortable. Highly recommended. Kid-friendliness: Staff helps with the door while entering the shop, they even help me while putting my buggy away. The gentleman there did it for me. This was more then expected.
20 miles drive was worth the experience to be here! I may say that this is by far the best service ever as well. I would recommend this coffee shop to anyone who is passionate about quality. Absolutely delicious foods, amazing coffee, cakes and croissants. Will come back to Farnham just to visit this coffee shop. Well done!
What a lovely place, the staff are very attentive, Coffee is amazing! Food is lovely, can't wait to go back. Highly recommendedFood: 5/5
Great hot chocolate for myself and my daughter, topped off a wonderful Sunday afternoon. The service is excellent, even down to the kids hot chocolate arriving slightly cooler than mine so that no mouths got scalded! Thanks George and Co!!Food: 5/5
Advised staff member of our order 2 x coffees and we were asked if we were sitting in or taking away. There were no tables available, so we asked for take away - which prompted the response that they were too busy to do drinks - but we could try coming back later. We went to the nearby Starbucks instead - who were also busy, but were still happy to take and fulfill our order. We would always look to frequent a local shop over a big chain shop, but turning away customers is a bizarre way to do business. The people you turn away very rarely come back again.......
Grabbed a couple of coffees. Nice coffee. Place was very busy and service was thus a little hap hazard but all friendly. Sat al fresco which is lovely in the lion and lamb as you can people watch and shops are cute! I would go back and just take the service when busy as part of the charm . Can get a little warm and steamy inside as well as noisy which might be good or bad depending on your preference!
Prompt service, nice atmosphere, fair pricing, good food/drink Had a flat white with soya and their poached eggs on sourdough, no grumbles here!Food: 5/5
A truly disappointing experience which could have been improved so easily. Having never been to Farnham before it was exciting to find a lovely independent coffee shop within minutes of parking. We were delighted to find a table and be informed by a nice gentleman that it was table service. All good so far. We then ordered our modest lunches to be informed that the first two selections were not available with no suggestions of an alternative or what was available. We settled on two hot cross buns not what we wanted but in the absence of a better suggestion it would have to do. Our coffees arrived which were fine but our hot cross buns took over half an hour to appear, in fact they never did. I went to the till to pay for our coffees and explain that it was too late to have the hot cross buns but to no avail. I paid the full price and no refund nor apology was offered. I was just told that the offending buns would be with us shortly - I am left wondering Easter perhaps?
Lovely little cafe with really tasty coffee and hot chocolate. Plenty of seating outside spaced out for lockdown.
