Caracoli is a lovely coffee shop that also does delicious light lunches quiches, toasted sandwiches, salads ect. as well as cakes and cookies. I asked if I could bring my dog inside and and the women said "as long as it's small and well behaved". Most coffee shops in Farnham only allow assistance dogs inside, so this was nice. The only reason for me not giving Caracoli a 5 star rating is because it is quite cramped inside, as the tables are very close together. The service was fast and the staff were friendly.
Cakes and muffins covered with flies! When I pointed this out waitress said she knew! When asked why they are not covered i.e. with a dome, she said they didn't have any, didn't seem to care, then served me with warm coffee! Offered a fresh one when asked to reheat. Not a pleasant experience watching the flies buzz around cakes that are being sold!!!!
This place has the potential to be really nice, but consistently we have come here and found that they have sold out of most of the options. Today they were advertising food outside, but when we went inside we were told they were no longer doing them. We saw several people ensnared in the same way who left annoyed.
Rather small place but beautiful coffee and nice selection of snacks. In the winter you might need to wait for a table hit it's worth it. This is no Costa rubbish.
The food was pretty nice, and maybe this was a one off but we got ignored at the counter, the service was extremely slow, my scrambled eggs and bacon had no bacon, and when it finally arrived it was lukewarm. Pretty unimpressed.
Incredibly poor hygeine I could see flies on their food. Half their menu was either missing or not updated properly. Not going to be tempted to spend money there again.
Only issue is the price if you're not careful with what you're chosing
Very good atmosphere with friendly and helpful staff
Damn closed down!
