Seating inside and out. Friendly staff. Lovely coffee. Nice cakes. Often come here for coffee and watch the world go by. You can claim s points card and get it stamped when you buy a cup of coffee. When it's full you cash it in for a free coffee.

Friendly staff but dogs being allowed in is a real issue: while trying to relax with my coffee two dogs started fighting, one barked for some time before the owner decided to do the right thing & take the dog out. I also saw a dog owner put her animal on the sofa! Don't go there with your best gear; you don't know what you might be sitting on! Nice try of Néro to be dog friendly but too many dogs & some ridiculously big ones! This place is turning into a pet shop!

Freezing cold as the door is always left open. Air curtain by door isn't switched on. Otherwise okay and dog friendly.

It's a chain coffee shop, wish they would pay proper tax rather than be offshore.
