This place has great craft beers, good food, a beer garden & nice food. The wines & spirits are good. The odd bit of live entertainment at the weekend & nice staff. The bathrooms are in good shape, always a sign that the owners care about every detail.

Lovely Sunday lunch. So nice to find a pub with NO tv's bleating & no loud music. We could chat away! Staff were lovely as was the food. Nice atmosphere, and dogs allowed.

Good range of beers, cosy sections as well as suitable for larger groups, friendly helpful staff, food varied and good value.

Went there with family for sunday lunch .they all had the roasts and i had baked camenbert waited 45 minutes and when my meal did finally turn up the cheese was datex 24 march .was not happy one bit when asked if i wantec something else i waited a further 20 minutes for the smallest portion of cheesy chips at least 6 chips will never return there again absolutly disgusted
