Watch out! Total scam! Don’t buy their vouchers! I paid for a voucher for facials worth 250£ and when I called them to book an appointment they told me that the therapist ist out of the country and I should arrange for a later time. I could couple if times in the course if 3!!! months and still they had nobody to do the facials. Next time I came to get a blow dry I had to find out that my facials worth 250 £ had expired!!! I explained the situation but the staff told me that there is nothing what they can do about. Really really bad customer service and bad management! Nobody replied to my emails.
Avoid! Had 10 laser sessions and zero result. Waxing just broke my hair and missed half of it. Price for hair was outrageous and this is the result: unnatural look and missed the roots.
Had a pedicure by Niko, pedicure was quite painful; as she cut too much into my cuticles around my nail bed. As a result my toe was sore/ inflamed/ infected for weeks after. This cause upmost inconvenience. Contacted the salon in regards to the situation, I did not get an apology. I requested a refund for the service and a refund was given but this was not the point. Absolutely avoid this salon, if you are looking for a luxury treatment and good hygiene please avoid!
Disappointing. I paid 35 pounds for "Luxury Pedicure" When I arrived, a girl who was obviously new did my nails. When I asked about the hard skin removal and the massage both included in the price list, she told me that she doesn't have enough time and that maybe next time. The only thing I got for the price was a nail polish, I will never step a foot there again.
Cancelled my appointment for my WEDDING manicure with TWO hours notice by sending me a text with some new appointment date for another day. Not even a phone call. When I turned up they just stared at me and had nothing to offer. So unprofessional.
Great, fast, friendly service, best my nails have ever looked! Last minute appointment no problem, offered drinks and was made to feel comfortable. Can recommend, and would happily return.
AVOID AT ALL COST!!! The worst experience I have ever had and most unprofessional company! I have clearly outlined what I wanted cut at the front of my hair. To my dismay, I had to stop the hairdresser as she was cutting a chunk out of the side of the hair; my hair extensions were originally 20 inches long, and as a result the front is now 12 inches. The manager argued with me that I actually requested to have my hair hacked into instead of apologising and compensating my hair extensions. The argument went on until a fellow customer intervened and backed me up; I am waiting for the owner to get in touch as the manager was unable to do anything without speaking to the owner.
Went in for roots and she's ruined my hair. She did not do what I asked for.. the worse hairdressing experience ever. Avoid at all cost . I was left with copper roots and she went over my highlights. My base colour is a natural dark Blond with no copper. My hair is ruined.
Small, friendly, very professional. Nice nail polish quality. One downside - one person, one procedure at the time. So mani-pedi time doubles. But overall - it is still worth it.
Used to be a regular but have had the most horrible experience here. Got ipl on upper lip and it resulted in severe hyperpigmentation. My sister had the same problem. Now looks like we have moustaches. Was told to wait when I complained as this was normal and should go away. Over a year later every time I go in the sun this dark Mark appears. Recently went to my bubbles to ask for advice / complain about the results - I was told there was no way this could’ve been caused by the ipl as it has never happened before. Yet my sister also complained about he same issue! Was told to go to a dermatologist instead. Super scarring experience. Have spent sooo much on creams to remove this, nothing helps, am afraid to go in the sun!! Warning others as would hate for this to happen to someone else. Have now spent more money on trying to remove this then on the treatment itself and I feel super ugly. It’s terrible
