Had a wonderful vegan christmas roast here on the weekend. A lovely pub, we sat upstairs and the place has a great atmosphere. Had sourdough bread, mulled wine, wellington roast Vegan is without Yorkshire puds and apple crumble with ice cream all vegan options. Was a group of 6, so we booked a table in advance - recommended as it gets busy and most tables were reserved! Service was great and we had a fun time! Vegetarian options: Vegan options

The food was delicious, a perfect Sunday roast and the pigs and blankets were great. Despite everything being lovely with our meal, we left on a sour note. Our bill had service charge applied and when it came to paying I asked to pay the bill with no service. This was not due to anything being wrong with the service and I told the waitress that everything was fine. She questioned us about it again to which I then felt I had to express it was due financial situations. We paid the bill and the waitress walked to another colleague 5 metres away from us and we could hear them talking about how we didn’t pay the service. I felt very judge and disappointed that this had caused such a fuss to them when it is an optional payment. It was a shame this happened because the atmosphere and food was good.

Great beer selection, with options ranging from classic to craft brews. While the ground floor is lively with music and dancing, the upstairs provides a quieter, more intimate setting.Service: 5/5
Excellent food, nice pub. We tried the Christmas menu 3 courses at 35£ and everything was delicious. The trout starter and the turkey main were great and tasty. The location is very nice, next to the Broadway market in Hackney, so there is plenty to do in the area. The pub is very nice, but if you get seated in the ground floor, it will get very crowded and noisy. Not the best to eat with friends as it gets messy and the noise can be so high that you don't hear much of your conversations. Anyhow, the food was delicious and the pub and its atmosphere are great.
Good place , a pub disco on my opinion as there is a dj set also. I come here for a couple of drinks and some food with my mates and I have to say : I really enjoy the time here. The food was good, the music make me dance and it offer me the entertainment I need on a Saturday night, and the staff was really cool. The pub, of course, was full of people, at it create a great atmosphere. Suggested for a Saturday night when u don’t know what to do.
came for the pub quiz which was great, staff friendly and accommodating, and good chips. prices very expensive for average quality of food that took over 30 mins to come. coleslaw was just a pile of shredded veg with no dressing. Couscous comes from an apartheid state which they promote on their menu.
Lovely little pub on the corner of London Fields - definitely one of the nicest Sunday Roasts I've had. Recommend the pork belly; the portion sizes aren't huge but turned out to be a filling meal. Suggest pairing it with the pub's own cloudy cider which was very tasty.
Perfect wee boozer beside the park. Watch life go by on a sunny day or revel in the weird and wonderful decor inside. Toilets down the spiral staircase.
Had a deliciously saucy dinner here. Steak & ale pie with mash and sticky toffee pudding for dessert. Unbelievably good. Great vibes in the restaurant as well.
