This site has a wonderful reception area, excellent cafe and a well-stocked shop on site.  This building is the first thing you seen on entering.  This site is very large and well laid out, and when the weather is clear, has wonderful views.  We had a very friendly and helpful welcome from the staff.  Unfortunately, as mentioned in other reviews, the toilet/shower block is in need of updating to the same standard as the reception  block.  The floor & walls constantly running with water, not very clean and  rather smelly, it is definitely not up to Caravan Club standards.  It is worrying that to use the hair dryer it is impossible not to stand in a puddle.  Also, from a less able person's point of view, the path to the beach is more of a scramble and not as it appears in the  Club book, an easy stroll.
