WE HAVE BEEN TREATED VERY VERY BADLY!!! AND DID NOT STAYED NOT EVEN SINGLE NIGHT. I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF SYSTEM ALLOWS: We had a holiday booked end of May 2018, due to heavy traffic on bank holiday weekend we reached late night around 11:15PM but the check-in times between 4:30 and 6:30PM. Meanwhile we tried to ring and convey them that we are getting delayed due to heavy traffic but no response at all. We called emergency number which was displayed in the reception, a lady picked-up the call and she said that the check-in times between 4:30 to 6:30 and dis-connected the call. We shocked and don’t know what to do with our 4year & 10year old children. Again we called she did not pick up the call. So we left a voice message requesting/begging her that we have little kid and came all the way from Wales drove around 6 to 7 hours due to heavy traffic. But no response at all. Then whole night we stayed in the car without sleeping. Again morning 6:15 dialled the same emergency number she picked the call and started shouting and said 'STOP calling me and someone will be there’. A lady came around 6:30 and asking do you have £30 cash she never mentioned that it’s a security deposit and we have no idea what for she is asking but we paid already all fees/charges and she was very very angry and rude, continuously asking "Do you have £30 cash? I am leaving in 2 minutes". She never bothered about customer instead she was rude with us. Ruthless lady we have never ever seen like her. Deeply Frustrated !!!!!! Annoyed !!!!!! Finally we boarded into caravan around 7:00AM and totally disappointed with the service and accommodation. We were mentally disturbed and didn’t expected this kind of customer service, due to this same day evening we left the holiday park and did not stay not even single night. WE HAVE BEEN TREATED VERY VERY BADLY!!! I’m one of the kids. I was sad that we had to leave so soon but I understood why, the way we were treated was not acceptable I could hear everything my parents and the other lady saying because the windows were open it was totally unfair and I did not like sleeping in the car I have a younger sister both of us slept at the back and my parents slept in the front.We didn’t even stay in the caravan for one night plus there were a lot of ants running around inside the caravan, it was very annoying.It was very uncomfortable in the car and I did not have a good night sleeping in the car I wish we never went to that holiday. We never experienced anything like this because we have been to lots of holidays and have come late to the resort and they would leave the keys in the bar or in the arcade they’ve even pinned it outside the reception but this has never happened before. Worst holiday ever!!!!! We will not recommend this holiday park to anyone .........

Just back from a weeks stay, had a sun holiday here in 2015, enjoyed it then, so when we received an offer for a weeks holiday for 4 at a really good price decided to book direct. A small supplement to pay for 2 extra people. We had read the reviews previously, and indeed had visited the first time when the weather wasn't the best, but cannot understand why anyone would leave a negative review!! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we cannot fault anything about SeaView. The two ladies in reception were friendly professional and extremely helpful. The site is well maintained. Our caravan (the same one we had previously stayed in) was clean, everything we needed was there, added bonus of a welcome pack with tea/coffee milk and sugar and cookies was a lovely touch! We used the pool 3 times, though cold couldn't keep the kids out of it. Kids played snooker, pool, crazy golf, the play area is well kept, kids thought it was fantastic. We used the launderette, reasonably priced and saved us lugging home a weeks worth of dirty washing. Within walking distance of stunning Lands End. The Costcutter in the village has just about everything you could want, including a post office! The chippy reasonably priced, and with so many places within half an hour and hours drive away, this place is a fantastic base. It's not a Haven site (another reason we booked) and some of the vans may be a bit dated, but we will definately be back next year!!! Six very satisfied customers 😊

I had a holiday booked of end of March 2018 but due to a close member of the family becoming ill I had to cancel holiday the lady said if you ring back up for a small admin fee of £15 they can re book. In the meantime my mother passed away and I couldn't face talking to anyone not alone re booking so today I rang and the lady said due to the time taken by myself its now too late......thanks for your understanding thanks for mis leading me thanks for nothing.... its the system off course it is ...its also a business that need people visiting them and telling other people well here's a place you must stay .... no that wont be me then.. Thanks for nothing hope you have a nice day doesn't come to mind. Frustrated !!!!!!

1* - Caravan We chose to leave two days early as we had enough. Not a fun place to stay with very young children. Cold caravan - kids could not sleep, so not fun for us and yes we had busy days they were tired and wrapped up warm but was too cold!!!! We had ants and wholes in the decor, stained bed sheets and it smelt of stale smoke and just so old and tired looking. Rust all over caravan exterior. We laughed about it but it was bad! Nothing to do in the evening and locals informed us that the holiday park bar and entertainment etc had all been closed for a while and not reopened. Kids Park was usable but tired everything made hilarious squeeking noises. ADDITIONAL £90 CHARGE ON ARRIVAL FOR MICROWAVE & SERVICE CHARGE - i.e. Unmade beds, stained sheets, no toilet roll or hand towels.... 4* -I would defo return For Location just with another adult no kids. It is a fantastic location with pretty walks to the beach, great for adults but crazy workout as very steep with buggy. Luckly we spent ALL our time off the park site. Local shops and pubs were so great with friendly staff and great food!!! But sadly nothing to do on site.
