Disgraceful customer service and cleaning job, car was left dirty in the shuts, alloys, calipers and doors not cleaned correctly, along with that smudge marks up the glass and grills on the exterior not cleaned at all! When questioned, zero language ability by the staff and made the area wet to make it look it clean! What are Festival Place doing allowing these con men to operate there! My advice, don't waste your money £25 which we paid or you'll be as frustrated as I am..... As I now need to clean the car myself to get it right!!!
They only get one star as it's not possible to leave none. I paid £25 for an interior and exterior wash and clean plus wax which they have the ordacity to call their 'premium' service. Premium price yes, premium service most definately not. It's difficult to see the finished car when you pick it up as it's in a poorly lit car park. Even so when collecting the car I could clearly see the front wheels were still dirty and assumed they hadn't yet finished but on enquiring they told me they had but couldn't get the brake dust off. I took that at face value paid and left. Once home I inspected the car and all I can say is my 12 year old would have done a better job. There were areas of the front wheels still so black they clearly hadn't touched them at all and brake dust came off on my fingers simply by touching them.The rest of the outside had received a semi-wash; again areas like the front grill and front valance hadn't been touched. Inside pretty much the same story; dashboard not cleaned and all areas where dust collects like the base of the gear stick we're still dirty and there was spattered mud on the back seat that I hadn't even noticed before. In summary it was an appalling rip-off. I suggest you save your money and go elsewhere; in future I certainly will!
Did a fantastic job of washing the car and getting it looking shiny and fresh. Will use again and come highly recommended. I turned up just before closing time and they still washed the car for me.
SHOCKING STAY WELL AWAY- my car has been cleaned better by scouts doing a sponsored wash... I took by car there last week in preparation for sale, looked at the options between platinum and diamond eventually went with diamond as promised use of Autoglym HD wax. How I regret it........ Left the car there for over 2 hours as they requested, when I returned I went to inspect the car, I have never been so angry about false selling, however this was more than that, this was by far substandard to the point of neglect. The service offered was a thorough clean throughout and cleaning and polishing every part of the vehicle exterior with premium products. When you pay £50 for a service, you expect it to have been completed thoroughly and as advertised. What I found from initial inspection which I raised as an issue with the supposed Eastern European manager - -marking on the rear window {not previously present} -leather seats in the rear not vacuumed, dust and debris still by the belt sockets -Ashtray had not been touched and still had debris in it -The gear stick gaiter had not been cleaned, nor the plastic around it as still dust present. - dirt still present on the backs of the seat - the plastic compartment trays in boot had not been cleaned or wiped. I raised the concerns with then manager and he huffed and puffed as if it wasn’t his problem and grabbed a cloth and just tried to wipe it all with a damp cloth........ Furthermore, when I got home was then the real shock set in.... I paid for the premium service to include High Definition Autoglym wax.. I have used this product myself and have experience of it. In daylight [outside of the car park] it was evident that not only had they not used the product advertised and what I paid for they used a resin based liquid polish! Whereas the quality Autoglass HD wax is a harder wax based product. This was evident as the product used had not been fully wiped off, all around he car. Not just left in door handles but also on the bumper where a 1 inch area had not been wiped off. Due to the incompetent wipe down evidence of the substandard product was still evident. I believe the product they may have used is likely to be a liquid based resin wax similar to Autoglym Resin Polish. THIS IS NOT THE FAR SUPERIOR AUTOGLYM HD WAX as advertised and paid for. As a result of the poor standard of cleaning I spent another hour rectifying and removing polish with a toothbrush from door handles and roof bar areas and polishing with a suitable polish and also cleaning the car properly using leather wipes and plastic and rubber products to wipe the ashtray and all areas missed as annotated above. It is clear this company are a bunch of con artist and with the evidence I have obtained from wax left on the vehicle and photos of the poor service, I will be raising this with the local trading standards and also festival place, as clearly I don’t thing they want unhappy shoppers from a company they allow to use their car park.
DO NOT get your car washed here. Came in today and requested a bronze wash, when I said I didn’t want to upgrade to a more expensive package I was refused the car wash and rudely asked to leave, left in tears. Will definitely never return and will recommend anyone I can to go elsewhere.
The customer Service upon arrival was very bad. The cleaning done was as bad..... I can’t believe that after paying £30 was £29.95 but can’t wait to get off due to poor service for a platinum service for a 100% inside & outside cleaning that the boot area was not cleaned. I kept photos of this.... I will not recommend this car cleaning business and I’m certainly not going back there! Horrible! Do avoid!
Absolute waste of money. Total rip off. Paid £25 for a wash in and out. There were still cobwebs on my windscreen wiper and fingerprints on the dashboard. Avoid this place.
Won't be going back there very bad job done on the car and definitely not worth £56. I would have got the same finish for £20 elsewhere
Dreadful. Expensive and appallingly bad job. Avoid at all costs...In response to the owner please will you just confirm you are the company based in the Festival Place Car Park?
Have not been yet but the prices that they charge are at a very reasonable price for the level of cleaning that is produced
