Thought I'd leave my MX5 here for a good clean whilst having dinner with my parents. Was persuaded to spend £50 on a platinum clean normally £55 but said they'd do it for £50 since the car was small. They missed loads of areas that needed polishing once I got home. The wheels were awful and they didn't bother to vacuum the boot... I can't say I will be returning. Sorry!

A surprisingly good job.  I am incredibly picky when it comes to who can touch my car as I have had a bad experience in the past.  But I decided to try out the Car was co and went for their platinum service.  They did a very good job of the car which was in a terrible state after 2 long road trips and a track day the day before.  The car looked like new when I got back and I was most surprised to see even the convertible roof had been cleaned and looked better than I had ever seen before.  The worst part of the car was the interior but after they guys had cleaned it I would have believed them if they said they had removed the seats to clean under.  The floors were the cleanest I had ever seen it.  There were only 2 parts that could be improved. Firstly there was the od part in the interior that they forgot to dust but it was only 2 tiny parts and secondly I think the leather polish could have been removed a little more.  Over all a very good service and I would recommend to a friend.

I paid for the platinum car clean and I was very disappointed with it, there was still hairs and dirt in the car seats and around the car interior and boot and bits still on dashboard. What was done looked like a quick 10 min job inside, so I have resorted in doing the rest the myself to my standards and I'm not a car cleaner either!! However the outside of the car was looking fairly decent though but the door crevises were still dirty which they shpukdnt have been! The people were nice enough, however I do think it was a rip off for what was actually done and I have done it better myself for free. There is a dire need for attention to detail training with your staff.

Do not Use this company! I spent £35 on the Platinum clean, and when I got the vehicle home, in the light of day, I spent half an hour finishing the vacuuming that they hadn't done, and then cleaning and polishing various areas, inside and out, that they had missed. I used to take my car to this business regularly, but now it has new staff, the prices have gone up, and the quality of service and attention to detail has plummeted. I felt the need to warn others about this company. Very intimidating group of men using aggressive sales tactics. I went to get my car cleaned and was told my car was too dirty and they would only consider the top priced option of £35. When I declined they were haggling down to the next lower option. I felt really uncomfortable in their presence and felt they spoke to me like I was very stupid for bringing such a dirty car.  There is a really good car wash company on the London road who are honest and professional so I will take my car there.

Rude, failed to clean 100% of the car. The people running this cleaning area should be trained in customer service. They need to be more polite. I will never use them again. PLEASE BE WARNED -SAVE YOUR MONEYServices:&nbsp;Auto interior vacuuming

Truly appalling arrived 0830, waited to 0930 on busy Sat am . Other customers arrived but no staff.  Called number but office shut recorded message.  Left and went to Waves on Southampton Road who were excellent.

Paid £10 for Bronze Wash. Wheels and wheel arches, not touched , windows smeary and still dirty.  Only lower half of the number plate cleaned. Finger prints still in situ where door was opened. Bird Poo mark the size of an egg on the wing is still there.  Stick to Southampton Road.

If you’re looking for someone to scratch your car for you that’s the place to go. Noticed horrible marks on the bonnet and after examining in other places around the car, I will never get the car cleaned in the evening again only noticed the damage on the next day in the full sun. Car needed machine polish to remove all of the marks they caused. Avoid.
