Took my car to be cleaned inside and out as it was covered in mud and dog hair. I was extremely pleased with the work the guys did they even managed to get off the mud on the back of the headrests which was caked on!. I thought the price was fair and reflected the quality. My car looks brand new, thanks again!Services: Polishing
The car spa did an amazing job cleaning out my 7seater, it was in need of a really good clean, I have kids who play football and 3 dogs so you can only imagine how bad it was, they got up all the dogs hair and mud and it looked amazing and was a really good price. Very pleasedServices: Polishing
Updated review: Went for a third time today and the guys were super helpful, car is spotless. Definitely a good place to get a wash in a pinch, only downside is it can be very busy, which is obviously for a reason. I'm not super keen on the brushes used but I think they probably hold less dirt than a wash mitt, and make it suitable for all sizes of vehicle. The last couple of times I came here they were super busy and I had quite a few things to say about the quality of the wash some fair, some not so fair, and all delivered very harshly. As with any business, some days you will get unlucky and it won't be perfect, but the overall standard is good! Staff are very accomodating with feedback. I initially agreed with the comments below about rude/difficult to approach staff however that's wrong. Approach them like you would wish to be approached and you won't have any issues, I was that nightmare customer, don't be that person!

First 5/6 visits I had no problem, but the last 3 visits I have been told one price before my car's washed then told another price once it's done. I questioned it the first two times, and was met with abrupt responses. The last time I made sure I was told the right price before the wash and it happened again. The staff have just become rude and abrupt and make me feel uncomfortable. There's dirty marks still left on my car when I leave like inside the mirrors the only part I can see from inside and the wheels have patches still left. It's a shame as it was local and convenient.
Full of attitude from the moment I arrived. Upon Arriving home realised they had damaged the glass in my wing mirror. All in all completely garbage,will NEVER use again.Only wish I could give no stars because that’s what they deserve. Would like to update this review.I telephoned my complaint as asked by the owners of this car wash,and even took photographs of the damage to my car,was told they would investigate and get back to me,but did they ?………..of course not. Don’t bother making time to contact this company,all in all a complete waste of time.
Tried this place once more after a previous bad experience as its was convenient, but wish i hadn’t wasted my money, firstly the price is £8 more than one i normally use but thats not the real issue as the guys need to earn a decent wage. The issue is the half hearted job they completed for £20, the mirrors were dirtier than they were before i went there once they dried & water marks left all over the car & windows, reading the replies from the car spa on other reviews it seems the customers should confront the staff if not happy? Maybe train the staff to the standard you are charging for compared to other sites rather than expect paying customers to manage or train your staff, anyway lesson learned wont be visiting again & suggest if you are looking for a car wash in chippenham don’t waste your money here
Very poor. For £35 cleaning inside windows with dirty cloths is total unacceptable. Had to spend 1/2 hr cleaning the inside windows on a new car. Stay away
Agree with the comments below- rude staff, no respect for the customer, poor service, one price on arrival and a different price on completion, aggressive attitude when questioned. I asked for gold package and they did the silver package- when questioned they wanted to charge £45.00 quid which is the platinum package! A rip off for the service offered. Will never visit again! The response below does not summarise it correctly. I never asked for the £20 service. I asked for the Gold package as that was the one that covers the cleaning inside. If your team cannot communicate effectively they should be honouring the service that the customer asked in the first place. You should not expect he customers to pay for the deficiencies of your team, as is evident multiple times from the reviews below. Happy to discuss further but will not accept stories! By the way my car is not a panemera.
Check the pricing as the say one thing then wash your car and try to charge you more.
