Room and breakfast fine. Room 5 was at top floor at age 62 don't like all the stairs. Cold tap in shower not working so shower too hot for me.

Close to the beach few minutes walk away and shops were about ten minutes wall away. Very friendly owners. Lovely and clean rooms. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Everything requested was provided for. Comfortable bed. Hygiene was impeccable. Food was excellent. Couldn't ask for a more perfect stay.

We were greeted by an angry host who was arguing on his phone then telling us he was awakened at 2-00am by someone,then told us the sea view room with a balcony that we had as a contract when agreed and paid for was no longer available to us,but he had upgraded us to an ensure,(like this was a rarity in this day and age)lookinpg over neighbours back gardens,take it or leave it he told us,we arrived at 4-20 pm we had driven for 4hours and we were not happy,if you did not like full English breakfast like my wife,then all that was on offer was toast a butter substitute spread and jam or honey,my wife asked for a croissant and was given a strange look followed by a "we don't do them,"my sausage as part of full English was sawdust encased in a plastic skin,cheap is as cheap does,the place was noisy at night with people using the across the corridor toilets as they didn't have en suite,2017 not 1960 this is supposedly 4 star but it is obvious it's there friends who help with the reviews,as they care not for their guests,never again.. B
