Avoid the 3rd floor. It's very noisy doors banging and corridor running. House keeping trolleies left in corridor outside the room, meaning taking luggage out was a mission. Staff pleasant enough. Car park a faff- take the code with you if staying more than 1 night. Plenty of spaces road side after 6pm.

Nice basic hotel. Close to main street and seafront. Car park right opposite which offers discount.

Staff were so lovely. Especially this morning when I checked out. The lady sounded so genuine and concerned about me driving in the snow. Thank you

This was sold as a family room. The bathroom was tiny, the room was dimly lit as the headboard lights did not work and the main lights (2 off) we not quite equipped to light the room. However, everything appeared to be clean - upgrade of television is a must. I think it was a 19 inch TV on a large wall. Reception is on the first floor, helped by lifts. Fiddly parking issue. Need to go to reception on the first floor to get the discount code and instructions for the 24 hour parking!!
