Friendly staff, ample easy access parking and excellent view of the pier from room on the hotel front. Room compact but fitted to a good standard. Attended breakfast buffet with usual premier inn choices was good. Thyme restaurant again quite compact but comfortable. Easy walking distance into town for a wider choice of eating out and pleasantly landscaped promenade for a meander just across the road.

This hotel should surely be the jewel in Premier Inns crown. The staff are amazing and a real credit to the company. The hotel has a prime location in the delightful town of Clacton on Sea, deliciously close to The Promenade, overlooking the beach and beautiful views of the sea. The rooms are generously sized, comfortable and most importantly clean. Visit this hotel, take romantic moonlight walks and admire the illuminations and drink in the clean sea air. Seagulls swooping overhead and the sea crashing against the beach. Heaven!

Would Def Recommend. Room was Bright, Clean and Fresh. Great View or the Sea Front, Pier and Gardens. Staff were Really Helpful and Friendly. Easy Access for Wheelchairs etc from the Carport and Main Entrance, Lifts to All Floors. Breakfast was Plentyful, Very Well Presented, and Good Quality, Evening Restaurant Had a Good Menu, including Vegetarian choice. Will Def Use Again.

Excellent location near the seafront/pier. Bargain price of £29 a night for a family room over the Easter bank holiday. Clean modern room.

Right by sea front. Parking on site. Was Cable distance to town centre. Nice Thyme restaurant on site. Modern nicely outfitted rooms. Helpful, friendly staff.
