Brian (the landlord) is great. It's a friendly little British pub with good food and pleasent locals in the bar area. They do serve food at both lunch and tea time but there is a significant gap in the food service between those times. It's worth checking the food schedule for the day you intend to visit. There is ample parking to the side even though the car park is shared with a couple of other properties to the rear of the pub.

Lovely food very nice staff only down side the tables could be kept cleaner they were sticky and had partials of food on them. It was a shame because everything else was great.
