Great local cask beer, gorgeous food, friendly staff and great atmosphere, pub is also dog friendly which is a bonus for me.

Probably the best steak pie in Cheshire freshly prepared and pie ping hot great service and good beer , a great country pub .

This place is food and drink heaven ! It should be called "The Doctors" because we always come out feeling better ! We had Sunday beef roast perfection yesterday.. it was the best I`ve had ! succulent sirloin with a huge Yorkshire pudding, roast potato, beautiful veg and just the best gravy EVER, washed down with a couple of wonderfully smooth ruby red Cheshire ales. English food at it`s best ! It`s fantastic value as the quality was absolutely superb. Beautiful interior, great service, great people working there and amazing food and drink. Always excellent.. my favourite place. Also, unlike the doctors you never have to wait ! Enjoy. By the way I`ve had my own restaurants so I know what I`m talking about,
