With a Wetherspoon you know what you're getting but this one needs a special thanks through positive review! I lost my purse there on Friday after goodbye drinks and it was handed in immediately fully intact. The purse alone is worth over £150 so I wasn't expecting to get it back but I contacted them in hopes it was found. Celebrated with a full American breakfast and free refill hot chocolates. Lol There are still good people in the world, so appreciative of this person.
Lovely atmosphere.. Staff helpful. Food was a bit of a let down.
Always, a pleasant time here. You may have to search for seating as it can get quite busy, but the atmosphere is alive. All ages frequent this venue.
A great place for a cheap pint, tasty food and a good laugh! The manager is one of a kind, one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. The staff are always very cheerful and always happy to help definitely the best spoons about!
Super busy place but clean and with nice staff. My food was ok but little bit Burn look at pig in blanket.
Wonderful experience, the staff was lovely! Best Wetherspons I ever visited. I will definitely recommend to everyone!
I don't tend to use this chain of pubs but as whetherspoon pubs go, this one isn't too bad. The staff are quick and polite, and it is relatively clean. My beer was terrible, but given the price, I should have expected that. Not ideal if you looking for a quiet place to drink given the constant baby crying noises and kids running around but if you have a young family with you and fancy a cheap pint then this is probably the place for you.
Always quick service, friendly staff, delicious food. But I suggest the chef cuts the pizza before serving because I was struggling to cut it with the knife I was provided, it was thin crust and it hardened quickly. Thank you
Refurb incoming! Amazing local spoons. Such lovely staff and great prices
Once the meal had been delivered I noticed it didn't have the two promised pigs-in- blankets and when I mentioned this to a member of staff he went away and soon came back to tell me they didn't have any. We all know they're the best part of the meal and I would probably have ordered something else if I'd known. What would I accept as a substitute? why wasn't I asked before it was brought to the table?. I'd accept two balls of stuffing. When I'd nearly finished I told another member of staff I was still waiting. After I'd finished I was brought one. So one star.
