Lucy has been doing my hair for about 7 years now. She’s always taken care to listen and to make having my hair done a relaxing and pleasant experience. As well as having my hair cut and coloured, I’ve had other treatments at The boutique such as: spray tans, massages, facials and gel nails - all of which have been to a high standard. I’d recommend a visit to The Boutique. It’s always a friendly and welcoming experience.

I couldn't recommend this place enough. Over the years I have been to different hair salons in Knowle and I finally feel as though I have found a hairdresser who listens and delivers exactly what I asked for. The staff are all very welcoming, attentive and professional. I feel they have created a relaxing 'spa-like' atmosphere and therefore it is always a pleasure to visit. Many, many thanks to Lucy and Team! :)

Lucy always has time for her clients and has a real flair for cut and colours. I'm never disappointed. Friendly place with the added perk of being able to access other beauty treatments whilst you colour develops! Love it.

Great little salon, been coming here for about three years but known of Lucy’s talents from other people before then. I’d recommend this place for any hair treatment but I have balayage. Their massages are also great!

Treated my mum to a massage, which she absolutely loved and myself to a file and polish with Charlotte. Extremely welcoming, friendly and professional staff. Will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!!
