I had a shellac manicure and pedicure and I cannot speak highly enough of Helen. She strikes the right balance of professional and personable and what I really noticed about Helen is that you never feel like you're being rushed. She genuinely wants you to have the best experience and a high quality result and when I was having my treatment it felt like I was the only client that day and as though Helen had all the time in the world which made a real difference. The quality of the shellac was spot on. I find I usually end up with several chips and peels after about the 9/10 day mark but it's been 14 days and bar one small chip to one nail, they are still perfect! Thank you Helen, will definitely be returning!

I have been an had a coupke of treatments here in Serein's little hideaway in Knowle and I have thoroughly enjoyed the pampering. Very professional and friendly service. Looking forward to my next visit.
