Step into First Edition a 1920s speakeasy style bar, cunningly disguised as a vintage book shop. Visit www.firsteditioncocktails.com for more information.
The Book Cover is a Speakeasy style bar disguised as a vintage Book Shop.
1929 was a prohibition era where consuming alcohol was illegal. Folk gathered in secret venues for parties, merriment & music! Only those who knew the password could gain entry.
The low lit 'Secret Book Club' is adorned with candle light, old chesterfield style booths and original artefacts from the roaring 20s.
We serve cocktails, fine wines, craft ales & of course a vast selection of gin!
Electro swing DJ's, hand picked live acts, close up magicians and burlesque dancers provide high quality, nightly entertainment well into the early hours... Shhhhhhhh don't tell anyone!
