This was one of the worst experiences of our lives, poor service received and hostility when making a complaint. Ordered one item and received another, the boss then tried to say that it is hard to hear when busy and that I was to blame!!!! The girl whom took my order tried to say that I had ordered meaty ribs when I had clearly ordered honey roast ribs (not hard to differentiate) and that I must of made a mistake. Been ordering the same thing for at least 10 years and have only ever received mistakes from Peking house, only received an attempt to discredit myself my the manager instead of an apology. Will hopefully never have to use this poor take away again. Useless .

Used to be fabulous...recently gone massively down hill our last 3 orders have been wrong and has really young untrained staff who can't seem to get an order right ..sad really since as a family been going to this place for 25years

Friendly staff, reasonable priced. Nothing overly special when it came to the food. Tried to pick something different to my partner by using the description off the menu but basically was the same thing and same sauce but with different meat.
