I used to love body shop products but now avoid it due to the soap being hiked to £5 and being bombarded in store by staff. This store is a bit OTT for getting staff to hassle you into buying things. I recently got a birthday £5, but I don't think it's worth using.
The products are super, a bit pricy but worth the money. I usually buy the deals, and they have deals most of the time. Today I went in and had a free test done to check how dry is my skin. It resulted my skin showed a reading of 12% and the recommended levels are above 50%. The Chinese lady was warm, friendly and professional. My favourite product is watermelon lip balm. I usually buy it before it runs out. Can’t stand being without one. I also like how nice, clean and well presented this shop is. Thumbs up for this shop
I was welcomed into the shop by a lovely girl by the name of Mahima. She made the atmosphere feel really nice and everyone else who works there are always so funny and friendly! will be coming back!
Sam and the team were amazing! Came in Saturday the 28th and they were all so helpful! Got my foundation matched by the makeup artist, I can’t remember their name but they were great. Really lovely team. Thank you for all your help!
Just wanted to take a moment to thank the staff member with the bright green fringe and eye makeup for her suggestion on Hemp Handcream, she was really knowledgeable and informative, I didn’t feel pressured or pushed into a purchase and was very happy with my choice, thank you

What a fab little store! I was greeted straight away as I walked in, I was shown the new Wellness Range, she sampled all of the new products on my hand… which now feel soft as ever and ended up buying the Breathe Calm balm, Two face masks and an aftershave for myself and ended up witha. freebie! Honestly the lady was lovely and she was really knowledgeable on the products, Luckily, I work just opposite the store, and will gladly come in again!! Thanks to the smiley staff for making me feel welcome especially seen as though i normally don’t feel comfortable in public!
An angel with the most perfect purple eyeshadow and colourful highlights in their hair saved me! Popped into store after my favourite cleanser from another brand was discontinued for help finding a suitable replacement. I'm sad I didn't catch the assistant's name but we spent a lovely time working out a suitable replacement, testing some products and chatting. Such a warm and friendly welcome and I left the store with a small tin of the chamomile cleanser and some CPD product samples and a few gifts for friends. I tried the CPD cleanser and moisturiser last night and OH MY DAYS it is good. Thank you so much purple angel! x
I came in for body butter, I usually get the green tea but it's no longer a scent. A really lovely server with long brown hair, pretty makeup and a crystal necklace helped me in finding my next favourite scent while educating me about the product. They were beyond friendly and I really appreciated the effort put into conversing with me. My receipt says their name was Cormac but I failed to ask during our conversation. Service like this should be applauded. Thank you for making what would have been a necessary errand, a remembered part of my day.
Loved it online no fuss very easy for me to do got a full size free gift. Did not have to get out to travel.
