Been very good with social distancing, and they make good bath products.
Lovely team, always has gorgeous displays, can't resist a walk around when I'm in Leeds.
It was really bright and clean, and staff, as always, were very friendly and helpful.
Had a Good Hour spa treatment by Megan today and the whole thing was absolutely amazing couldn't thank her enough! The adjustments to make the treatment covid friendly were absolutely seamless and it's definitely still worth going, very clean and was able to properly relax and enjoy the treatment, definitely recommend.

Good set up for social distancing, would be great if everyone followed the instructions though.
I was helped by a lady with purple hair today surely that will help narrow down the colleague?? who was super knowledgeable and really helpful. She listened to my skin type and gave me specific and tailored advice based on the information I gave her. She was great!
Good safety measures in place. Nice shop.
