Hosted a fantastic Women in Business event at Molten Brown.  Nick and his colleagues were amazing, very knowledgeable about scents that complement your personality and mood. We had great feedback from our guests about the whole evening and we’ll definitely be back, well done team MB x

Had a fabulous evening event at Molton Brown in Leeds, Nick and the team were exceptional. Great hospitality, hand massage, perfume selection and more.

I purchased 2 candles on line and forgot to request gift packaging. I nipped into the Leeds store today to ask if it would be possible to get two gift bags. The young lady that served us kindly obliged and we left very happy. Thank you for accommodating, especially when the store was so busy.

From previous visits I know all staff at this store are very knowledgable and courteous, but this ‘shoutout ‘ is for one person, Natalie who helped me on Monday in store. Was on to Customer Service re my online account. The customer service was deplorable, and I was sat in the store trying to get help on the phone. Natalie came over to me and could see the struggle I was having, asked me what the problem was online. She took the time to work out why the account was freezing, did a different work around, and placed the order. Online they couldn’t be bothered. She blew me away with her kindness and patience. Am going to close my online account and go in store in the future. Fantastic store.

Live once, live well. Callum took time to talk us through the amazing range of products. Hand creams and candles were my favourite.

I've never smelled Molton brown perfumes before,  though i used their home products,  so I visited the Leeds branch yesterday, and Tam was very attentive, nice and knowledgeable. Thank you very much, Tam for the great customer service

Well organised Bath and body store. Smells fabulous too. It is well organised and the staff are friendly and helpful. It is a luxury brand so don't be surprised at the prices of items but as I stated earlier the fragrances smell wonderful and the fragrance hits you as you enter the store.

I went in for a few bridesmaid gifts and wow what an amazing shop assistant !!!! He heard me mention the word bridesmaid and could not have been more excited. He had recently also just married his husband so we spoke weddings a LOT. He was amazing, ran round the shop, recommending products which I bought for my bridesmaids. He then went to the stock room and came back with bags full of goodies, they may have been samples but he made me feel so special as a bride. Lovely shopping experience. As always, Molton Brown products never disappoint. They smell amazing and the scent lasts all day, especially the wash followed by the moisturiser.

A nice spacious MB store with really helpful staff. They stock the widest range of products and are always happy to share information about new items. I always enjoy shopping here! I tend to buy the same few products regularly so it's always nice to have suggestions and recommendations from the staff.

Just had to go into this store. I love Molton brown products and this store is well stocked. They have sinks where you can try products.
