My sister and I visited this morning to find my wedding scent. Claire was absolutely lovely and we were so well looked after! Claire spent the time to understand what I like in a fragrance and what I have planned for the wedding day. From there we tried lots of different fragrances and discussed pairing scents. The one I went with was actually what Claire had in mind from the beginning! I would fully recommend, a great chance for a pamper and to find a new fragrance
We had the most wonderful experience at Jo Malone, Leeds today. We had not booked an appointment and were looking to find a wedding scent. The service from Claire and Hannah was impeccable. Claire really took the time to find me the right fragrance and understood how important it was to create memories of the day through a perfume. Not only were we offered a glass of prosecco each but I was treated to a hand massage using the products I had narrowed down to really test the scent and how it adapted to my skin. Never did I think to pair two smells and Claire guided us through it perfectly. We both came away feeling looked after and so happy to have found the perfect perfume for the day. I bought the Velvet Rose and Oud fragrance paired with Blackberry and Bay body cream. I cannot wait to use them both on the day and they even personalized the packaging with our wedding date. Absolutely worth every penny and an experience I would recommend to any prospective bride. Thank you so much!
Completed the scent your wedding day with Pippa. So so friendly and felt like such a personal experience such amazing customer service. Came away with a lovely perfume for my self and my partner. Would highly recommend this to anyone.
If you’re still debating, just do it! Come here for a wedding scent consultation! It’s complimentary and the staff are really helpful and provide useful suggestions on scents. They really listen to what you do or do not like and cater for your preferences.
My partner and I attended the Leeds store yesterday to find out wedding scent and had a great experience. Claire was extremely helpful and spent so much time helping us find the right scent and paring. Would highly recommend!
I ordered some Grapefruit 100ml from John Lewis. After 10 days they answered my complaint saying they had no stock. So, I rang the store in Leeds. Hannah was very helpful in telling me they had stock and would put one to the side for me. Girlfriend happy, so I am. Excellent service. Beautifully Gift Wrapped. Well done. Jo Malone and Hannah.
I visited today for some assistance choosing a new perfume. I’m not very experienced in this field yet Hannah made me feel at home and comfortable. She was fantastic at selecting fragrances for me after smelling what I currently wear, as well as explaining the different notes and variations. I left feeling very relaxed and can’t stop smelling my new scent! Thank you for your time and excellent customer service, I would recommend to anyone wanting a special perfume selection experience.
Recently visited this store with a friend to sample the new English Pear and Sweet Pea cologne, and our experience was exceptional. We were treated to a delightful hand and arm massage by a young man named Zach. His expertise and insight on not only Jo Malone products but fragrances in general, was impressive and a step above the usual service found in perfume stores. Zach's affable manner and knowledge greatly enhanced our visit as we are both quite new to fragrances. The English Pear and Sweet Pea cologne itself is simply divine – a luxurious scent that left a lasting impression. Highly recommend this store for a unique and indulgent fragrance experience! Well done Jo Malone!

Pippa was very lovely. I told her I'm looking for a rose scented perfume and she helped me. She also gave me a full pamper session and massaged my arms with the soap, lotion and perfume. I can still smell it on my arms it's so heavenly. I'm happy with my visit. The red roses perfume I got is very nice
