I had the pleasure of being advised by the lovely Helen today. She was so kind and her knowledge is 2nd to none. I don't wear much makeup and she really made me feel special and found new makeup and skin care to suit me. What a great ambassador she is for Space NK! The leeds branch are very lucky to have her!
went today just to look around and the staff made me feel very uncomfortable they somehow thought i was shifty even though i was trying to match foundation to my skin no offer of help to do it for me my dad was waiting outside and said he saw the staff looking at me also some items had no prices so not sure how they expect me to buy anything. i would not return back
I love the shop it has everything I need and I always find a good bargain but the staff have made me feel uncomfortable everytime I go in splitting our groups of 3 up and being passive aggressive
Had a make over with Jack and it was fantastic. My make up is old and I wanted a refresh and new products. Jack asked what I wanted and we talked through different looks /products. I really enjoyed the experience. He was attentive ,professional. Really loved the look. Highly recommend Jack and Space NK Leeds.purchased the products and just really pleased ,felt very spoilt.
I went into this store with a few mates just casually walking around in Leeds centre and in the shop there was already people my age in 16+ I went in with a few mates and started looking around. She came up to us and questioned my friend about being part of our friend group there was round 3 of us in a blonde straight haired lady it was she refused to give us her name and proceeded to give my friend false information about prices of a product.
I was served by Jack yesterday. He was lovely and very friendly and took his time to test and recommend different products for me. He helped me find a shade match with a concealer which was perfect. I didn’t get the name of the other store assistant but she was great in recommending products to me also. Thank you!

It's a lovely shops and supplies me with everything i need. But unfortunately, everytime I am in there, I'm made to feel uncomfortable by the staff.
AVOID AVOID AVOID… I went into this store solo when there was a trio of teenagers already in there. I was scouting for some new fragrances when a middle aged blonde straight haired lady who refused to give me her name asked me to leave . I questioned her on this and she said store policy is no more than groups of 4. I said I’m on my own she replied well your obviously not in a teenage girl attitude. Before hand I asked this … lady how much this product is she went onto give me a price which was more than 2x rrp. A small message to the lady, I am only 16 years of age but you have my word that I’m have much more intelligence and class than you ever will!! I will not be returning. The blonde lady I advise you take a lesson in customer service skills and etiquette.
