The older shopkeeper with black hair was unnecessarily rude today. I've been to the shop a couple of times before and the shopkeepers were really really lovely and nice. I won't come to this shop ever again.
Great service and advice
Despite the products. I had a horrendous experience at the body shop nottingham Bridlesmith Gate. This is particularly related to a service and transaction process with the mature lady staff with black hair. Not only she was rude and unhelpful, but also unreliable and unprofessional. I’ve been using all brightening products Including the SPF. I’ve run out of the spf thus I wanted to get another one. Went to the store, since I couldn’t find it, I asked to that mature lady. She just replied “no we don’t have it”. But then she pointed to a product that I was actually looking for. Surely I argued saying that it’s the product in question. She said that it’s not part of the brightening. The fact, the packaging looks the same! White packaging with rose gold metal shape on the Body Shop logo. One would easily assume that it’s under the same category! How would a customer know?! It’s the staff’s job to help and direct a customer, not pointing out that it’s wrong. Moreover informing a customer could’ve been done much more nicely. I decided to buy it anyway. During the transaction at the till I told her that I wanted to use my reward points ie £5. The product is £17, meaning I should pay only £12. After reluctantly processing my details she asked for £13. Again I argued saying supposedly getting £12. Magically she amended it and finally charged the correct one. Simple maths but Nice try! ; From my experience it seemed that this particular staff was rather not patience, just wanted to get rid of customer. Expecting to finish early and get a cuppa at home ?

Really great service in store. The gentleman who served me was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and make recommendations that suited me and what I was looking for. Always a joy going to this store in Nottingham.
Nipped in here to get some tea tree overnight face mask, as my skins been breaking out due to having to wear a face mask...... Good selection of cruelty free natural products available, at reasonable prices......
