"Welcome to LUSH Nottingham, the home of handmade cosmetics and creator of bath bombs and shampoo bars! We are located on Clumber Street, we have double doors that open outwards and stay open during opening hours. There is a small ramp up from the pavement to the doorway. The pathways around the store are clear, and clutter free for easy mobility and the store is well lit. Our store is split across two levels with three steps down to access the bottom half of the store. We offer parties for all ages, aswell as bespoke gifting for personal or corporate occations. We also offer click and collect that you can find though our website!"

Went to the store today as my boy always loves the smell of Lush store, big thank you for Johnny! Who has made my son’s day, he showed him how to mix two different bath balls together, and taught he how to make the lovely smell and the color, even gave him two bath balls for free! Thank you so much Johnny!

This evening Abiba and Laurie hosted my daughter’s birthday party. They did exceptionally well with a rather rowdy bunch of 8year olds!! The kids adored them and had a great time. Thank you so much!

Amazing products and friendly staff are trademarks at Lush, but this store always goes above and beyond to make our day each time we visit. Well stocked, and the staff is super attentive - shoutout to Johnny for always helping us find and try the products that soon turn out to be new favourites

Had an amazing time today being served by the wonderful Ro! He was so kind and considerate in the way he guided me through the complete Hair Inventory at Lush! Couldn’t feel more looked after!

I went to Lush and Ndey was awesome! She was super friendly and helped me find the perfect stuff. Her advice was spot-on, and I ended up buying two things because of her. If you’re at Lush, look for Ndey for a great experience!

Ndey served me today and she was the best! So lovely and friendly - she really listened to my questions and was more than happy to demonstrate how products worked/offer me samples. It was nice to have a retail experience where I didn’t feel rushed. Will definitely be coming back due to the great service

My name is Twaher, and today Tuesday 15 April is my second visit to my favourite Beauty and Cosmetic store in Nottingham . I first  found this store in Liverpool then in Leicester but my best experience is in Nottingham . And today is another one of those wonderful visits to Lush I was most lucky this time to be attended to by one of this store's finest member  sales person  Sofia. She has a bubbly personality, very kind and corteous. She helped and advised  me in choosing the best and most appropriate product to for my hair and she even demostrated how I should use Lush's bar soap shampoo. In fact I felt entertained by the whole experience and will definitely visit this store again in Nottingham hopefully as soon as possible . BTW I was on a visit to Nottingham from Leicester, Nottingham is an amazing city and so is its Lush store.

My first experience at Lush in Nottingham city centre couldn't have been better! Met the wonderful Jackie who could not have been kinder or more helpful. Beautiful place with beautiful employees. 10/10

I came in a few weeks ago & Ophelia was so helpful, friendly and knowledgable! I had some specific questions regarding the shampoo bars for my hair type, aswell as soaps that would suit my dry skin. It’s been a few weeks since using the products she recommended and they work with my frizz prone hair & dry skin! An absolute asset to Lush! Thank you so much, I’ll be back soon to repurchase

I was served by Lucy in the Nottingham store this afternoon. I generally try to get in and out in Lush, but I hugely appreciated Lucy’s deep understanding and clear knowledge of the scents. I felt like she listened to what I liked and responded to that in an honest open way. I left very happy with my purchase, with the hope to come back and purchase more based on Lucy’s recommendations.
