Went into the store not knowing exactly what I was looking for. Staff who greeted me were friendly and very helpful, dedicating there time and going out of there way to make sure I found the perfect gifts. Lucy was especially kind and delivered excellent customer service.
Very helpful staff. Went in knowing not a lot about bath bombs came out knowing not only how to use the different ones but also what benefits they have to your skin. Being a man that only normally has showers. Opened my eyes to a different world.

All staff on a busy Saturday near Christmas were really helpful. Particularly the perfume chap, who was very knowledgable, had lots of useful recommendations and managed to squeeze in the word 'esoteric' while talking to me.
Just love Lush! Amazing natural, vegan and eco friendly products.
Staff know exactly where products are and were extremely happy to help. Even took my 4 year old for a play with the bath bombs. Spot on!
