I was very indecisive with what I wanted and was saying I wanted perfume that was sweet and smelt like I came out the shower but I also don’t want anything too strong but also wanted something strong so it could last? They were all laughing at me saying it’s the complete opposite and I’m contradicting myself. I get that it’s confusing but it seemed like they were laughing AT me. Cause I sure wasn’t laughing. They were so impatient with me. I’m Not sure why they had so much attitude. You are working in this job so expect things like this. Definitely not coming back to this particular store again. Did not feel welcomed and felt like I was being judged and rushed to make a decision. Because as soon as I said the words “ I will purchase this” their energy shifted.
Nice store situated on the ground floor mall of Victoria Centre. Pleasant and helpful staff, great range of fragrances for men and women at extremely competitive prices. Well worth a visit.
Was at the Nottingham store today, not really into perfumes but worker Maira really helped me today! I'm extremely happy with her service and will be returning Monthly . This women needs a pay rise !
The staff who work in this branch are slow, rude and incapable of serving people in a fast manner when it is busy. Walking round like they have all the time in the world and gossiping. Most of them do not even deserve to have a job at all
Ordered on line. Paid extra for next day delivery and 5 days later still not here. Customer service awful. Emailed numerous times one back saying it will take 10 days for order to come. Would not order

The staff was very good with recommendations and scent/perfume/cologne/eau the toilet knowledge. Obviously walked out with what's now my fav perfume.
Mixed reviews about the perfume shop. I always find the in store service good. However the click and collect option is ridiculous. Website says collect in 30 minutes, 4 days later still no notification regarding my orders. The only reason I click and collect is because the store is always busy, however for future orders, I'll choose home delivery as it would probably be the quickest option.
