Oh my goodness, i’m not one to review, however on this occasion I feel that credit should be given to a lady called Kerry. my daughter and I both commented on how friendly and welcoming this lady was when being served in the store on Sunday. Helped me choose my mascara!! thanks Kerry, made me realise that going into shop is far better than buying online.
Great products and great customer service. I highly recommend going into store rather than buying online. Thank you to Tatiana for a wonderful experience in Space NK Nottingham recently. She heard my skincare concerns and made some great recommendations. I've only been using the products for a couple of days and already I can see improvements to my skin. I was also given some testers to try which I really appreciate. Thank you again.
Ordered a "click and collect" item from here..... Which was ok , except, when I got there to pick it up, my 0hone would not produce the e mail with the items barcode.... Looked through 4 emails from them, but, to no avail.... It was ok , as in the end , manager did it without the barcode, just needed my I.D. - so showed my debit card, and all was well...
The ladies here are so wonderful and patient! I was helped to find my correct foundation shade as well as taught some bits about each product I asked about! When an error occurred with the payment systems they fixed it exceptionally quickly and were so helpful through the entire process.
As ever with Space NK, the range of products is great here and nicely presented. They don't always have stuff in stock but we all know supply chains are an issue at the moment, so that's understandable. However, I've shopped with Space NK for over a decade and been to a lot of the branches and this one has very hit-and-miss customer service. Such a shame as I LOVE the products and it has usually been my favourite shop, but the experience really varies here. It is pretty difficult to get service and usually takes time which is a pain if I'm popping in on my lunch break, and it simply isn't as friendly as I've experienced in other shops. Maybe they are simply over-worked or unhappy but it can feel quite unwelcoming. On the bright side, I am sure I've saved £100s by shopping there less often!
Genuinely want to like this place as they carry a lot of items I often re-purchase but I have had bad experiences each time I went to this store. For how high end the products are, I am really not fond of having a rude, judgmental sales associates ruin my shopping experience. Weird attitude all around, I'd rather just place an online order.
They gave me really racist vibes. So much transpired in that shop, but to summarise, you should spend your money elsewhere. From the advisor who asked if they could hold my shopping for me by the till when I was holding one 15x5x5cm bottle they didn’t offer this to any other customers - they were all white and hovering while I shopped to two free staff behind the till taking 10+ mins to serve me even though my friend and I were the only ones in the queue. I’m still really upset I didn’t raise my concerns there and then but honestly at the time it felt too awkward and oppressive.
Wonderful experience! Staff were absolutely fantastic, and the item I wanted that was out of stock, they ordered for me and it arrived the next day!
Nipped in today after visiting Chichester last weekend but they had sold out of a Tom Ford fragrance and weren't able to order it online either due to issues. I wasn't able to get what I was after and due to working until today, I was only able to get into Notts today. The two ladies in there went above and beyond what was needed and it was greatly appreciated. Thank you
This is a premium beauty store with a great choice of top performing products from cult brands. The staff give you space to browse and they have a very rewarding loyalty programme. Worth visiting and getting some award winning beauty gems.
