Excellent service every time. Fair pricing and the glass of Prosecco makes the whole experience feel very classy. Would highly recommend.

DO NOT GO HERE- Awful service, hair cut badly by trainee who was unsupervised and then had to get it rectified and looked worse so have had to chop my hair super short and they woudln't even offer a refund !!

Was good then stylist left - ask for top stylist, charged a fortune, never offered advice, didn't trim layers and was never offered a cup of tea/coffee. Didn't even bother to blow dry it dry. Was fuming.

Terrible experience. I had a shellac mani and pedi that lasted 2 days before lifting off. Can't comment on the hair salon but would not recommend beauty room.

I went there with a Groupon voucher and they didnt make me feel special, they didnt give me any ideas or suggestion to what to do with my hair, they didnt offer me any tea or coffee. They didnt have any photos, magazines that would help me to get some hairstlye ideas. I would never go back and I won't recommend to my friends. Ohhh and when the young hair stylist finished she just left me in the chair, without any help to take off the little coat that protects the cloths getting hair on it, she didnt give me any brush to get rid off the hair on my face. Sorry, but I do expect these kind of things from a professional hair salon. No customer care, no professionalism.
