Great place to sit and have a meal or a drink on a stormy day. You can watch the waves roll in and hear them crashing underneath you. Also a great place on a fine day! Excellent food. Good beer. Very friendly and efficient service.

Very good. I had white bait and polenta fries. Correctly priced though I could quite easily have stayed and eaten the same again! A good spot even on a cold winter day.

Popped in here on a busy summer bank holiday to escape the crowds and have a drink. Couldn't resist getting a brownie with ice cream for me and the kids. Service was excellent, brownie was delicious. Lovely views. Main courses looked good (especially the fish and chips) but didn't try them.

A regular stop when in Southwold for the wonderful seafood platter. Service can be a bit 'variable' when they are busy but you can take your time and watch the world go by.

Highly recommended - polite & attentive staff, decent food and fantastic sea view. An ideal place to spend an afternoon at the seaside
