Good points and bad points. Good: the staff were very polite, friendly and helpful, the scones we ordered were lovely and the location is good. Bad: the owner sat at the table next to us and treated us to a racist rant, a brief but uncomfortable conversation with God and a loud telling off of the staff in front of us for something that wasn't their fault. We just wanted a quiet coffee and scone. Not sure we will be returning.

Took ages before the moody teenagers took our order. Coffee was a bit shite too. Food not so bad. Soup was nice. Seemed to be hotter than the sun in there as well. All in all been to better places.

Nice wee cafe in Portobello, a lovely seaside town which is now part of Edinburgh. Service was interesting but the food was good and the place is cosy and comfy with lots of local art on the wall and local people at the tables.

I came here for lunch, and I was attracted by the free wifi. Even from the specials board outside I knew it was going to be a lovely lunch. There were many vegetarian options and specials. The whole menu looked fab. I chose the hearty vegi chilli served with baguette. I was served a mighty bowl of spicy chunky veg chilly topped with cheese and served with the most delicious crusty baguette and butter. I wanted to crack on and use the wifi and the waitress was very polite getting me the wifi code and leaving me to it. Wonderful lunch, reasonable price.

Nice little cafe in Portobello. Plenty of options to choose from - I had the nachos and they were fab! Service was quite laid back but I would return.

I love this cafe, my favourite place to go in Portobello. The staff are very friendly and the food is good.

Flat white was not a flat white. Panini was dry. Cakes looked good but I wouldn't go back. Not for me.

It's all refurbished and trading with a new name. Lovely cuppa and company. All staff were helpful and we left satisfied with our visit.

We waited for 15 minutes to be served there was only 8 folk in the place ,35 minutes to get the food the tea was piss poor,stewed,the owner sat nearby ranting and raving to anybody near about environmental Wardens should be SHOT the waiter was as slow as a week in jail a morose young man

Lovely cafe, dog friendly and plenty of veggie options.
