Story

The Blackbull Tarbolton, incorporating the Kailyard Restaurant for a great cooked meal, we have fantastic chefs who love cooking you amazing meals. Here our staff are like one big family and we wish for you to feel the same. Wither it’s for booking the Lochlea Lounge our beautiful function room for birthdays, anniversary or whatever you want it for we carter to you or just want a great meal. Maybe you just want a drink and to watch the game or just have a little lively night then the pub next door is the pub for you.

Wonderful Place to eat out with Friends & Family I was on vacations in Scotland with my family when i read the reviews about this restaurant on every food advisor app one can search on. I was recommended this place again and again whenever i search on internet for an restaurant to eat out. So i went there with my family from Glasgow. I found the decor was really beautiful and everything in the restaurant was above my expectations. Being an tourist i was explained about every dish by the manager & server with a smile. Chef came especially to ask us about our preferences. Being an Indian i was thriving for spicy food so chef make the food as per my preferences. I found everything over there really yummy. I strongly recommend this place to everyone who is thriving for an yummy food in an good ambiance.

Booked this place last minute. Food was fantastic and so was the lovely people who worked there. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bar next door was for the locals which were an interesting set of characters. Only fault we could find was some of the decor done on the cheap as carpets were not fitted correctly especially the stairs. But overall 5 stars for hospitality.

Another lovely meal at the Black Bull Tarbolton we are so lucky to have this fantastic restaurant in our wee village if you've never been give it a try can guarantee you won't be didappointed

Read the TripAdvisor and other reviews regarding the standard of food and decor etc. Decided to give to try it out and loved it. Quality of food and service was excellent. Definitely planning to return.
