At Brewers Fayre we've thought of everything. Great value, great food, great family friendly atmosphere; we've got the lot. Our menu is packed full of family favourites all freshly prepared by our trained Chefs. Monkton Lodge is ideally situated on the A77, the main arterial route for Glasgow & Stranraer. We're convenient for Old Prestwick Golf Course & Burns Museum & serve up a delicious menu of top notch pub food at low prices, plus an all you can eat buffet, kids meals & quality drinks. Great place to enjoy a good bite to eat with family. It caters for your younger child too with a soft play area indoors at a small cost. My opinion is it should be free but hey the kids have fun so that's all that counts. Also on the nicer days there is a little outdoor play area. All in all good food great atmosphere

Friendly atmosphere and wide variety of food also a soft play area to keep the children amused (a charge for this). Generally starter and puddings for £1.99 each Mon-Frid between 12noon and 6.00pm but this is not the case on Bank Holidays. If you read small print this is where you find this information. Not something most people would generally do. It should be highlighted at top of menu to make people aware of Bank Holiday changes

A friend took us as we hadn't been in a while. What a difference. Kids having a safe place to play while.we watched and waited for meals. Food was nice and staff were lovely

Was on holiday down there, so had supper there every night. No faults with the food. Very nice staff, even when outside in rain because of smoke alarm going off in hotel.

A little gem of a place. Sunday carvery is always fabulous. The guy who serves the carvery is a legend always having a bit of fun with the customers and cheers everyone up. Easy 5 stars, all the food is fresh and very tasty. Roll on sunday to the next carvery.
